Bob Beard (Vic State Measurer) took the opportunity to induct Les Kearney (Deck Measurer & FFIA President) and Guy Anderson of ACT into the art of a full hull and spars measurement over the weekend. The boat was Bill Shand’s new Ovington/Shand #4040 “Relience  forty forty”. Mesurement was not all plain sailing with Bill having to go and do a couple of modifications to his keel and mast gate.
