I would like to welcome the new Australian Builder of Flying Fifteens, Ridgeway 1 Design. They have recently commenced work on their first Flying Fifteen, with the first yacht to be completed by late 2020.
Ridgeway 1 Design is a family business located in Hobart, Tasmania with over 40 years’ experience in building International Dragons, so are fully aware of the quirks of building and maintaining one design yachts. Over the years they have taken an innovative approach to the International Dragons in Australia, delivering contemporary design and builds, and are eager to bring that to the Flying Fifteens.
The Ridgeway 1 Design Flying Fifteen hull is a proven shape and will have a new modern cockpit layout, both the hull and deck will be GRP/Carbon Fibre.
Boats will be available complete, ready to sail or optionally for home fit-out.
